The LiPS Program

Living in Pain Successfully! is a unique, peer guided, self-assessing, multi-disciplinary, chronic pain management program. The program has been created and designed by someone who has lived with chronic pain for twenty years. We call it LiPS for short. It is designed to be used independently, in the privacy and convenience of your own home, at your own pace. You may choose to use it in consultation with your primary health care provider, if you wish.

This program contains a variety of materials to help learn multiple strategies and techniques which can be used to manage chronic pain and thereby improve a person's quality of life. We offer books and CDs in both electronic and hard copy formats.

To ensure your confidence in the contents presented in the LiPS program, the materials have been developed in consultation with a team of experts: a medical doctor, F. Naveed, a doctor of chiropractic, M. Cadeau, a psychotherapist, P.B. Couvrette and a program systems analyst, P. Brittain. Each member of the team has reviewed the text and made suggestions for revisions and corrections. Their participation has been invaluable in producing the highest quality program material possible.

A reminder to foreign customers, all items are priced in Canadian dollars, which may provide a significant cost saving to you.
